Cybersecurity Management and Compliance Improvement

We support organisations in implementing improvements to cybersecurity management and compliance. We help clarify roles, procedures, oversight arrangements and the risk management process so that the agreed solutions can be applied in day-to-day work.

We work with process owners to implement changes and agree on how their effectiveness will be assessed. The aim is a lasting improvement in management practices and clear reporting to management on progress and risk.

Before each activity, we prepare an implementation plan setting out action owners, dependencies, deadlines and completion criteria.

Effective implementation requires an existing assessment of the issues, such as a report with recommendations, to provide the basis for planning the work.

Once the improvements have been implemented, the engagement may naturally continue with ongoing support for information security oversight and continuous improvement through a virtual CISO service (vCISO / CISO-as-a-service).
