Practical AI Adoption and Management

We help organisations use AI in support of their business objectives. We review their AI usage policy and assess organisational readiness within an agreed scope. We identify use cases and support the selection of those with a sound operational and economic rationale. We establish a clear framework for the basic rules of AI use: responsibilities, conditions for using data and tools, oversight of outputs, and criteria for accepting them.

Depending on the agreed scope, project deliverables may include: an AI policy review report with recommendations for changes; an inventory of AI tools currently in use; an AI use case register with a basic classification by purpose, data used and risk; a shortlist of priority use cases with an initial assessment of business value and risk; and a set of basic rules covering responsibilities and the use of data and AI tools. We agree the project scope within this set of deliverables.
